Description

This particular piece was done for the S.I.U. (Seafarers International Union). It’s undated, certainly is timely though.

Frank Evers was an award-winning editorial cartoonist for The New York Daily news. He was awarded "Best Editorial Cartoonist" in 1979 by the National Cartoonist Society and went on to be president of the NCS from 1985-87. He died in 2002.
