Alien Queen by Barron Storey

Barron Storey along with other artists was part of the Graphic novel tour 2010.I was at the store for the signing and very last in line.I proposed to Barron a choice between Giger's Alien and Venom.He went for the Giger. Seeing everyone being tired and famished after long hours of drawing and Barron strugling, with his incredible technique, with the subject, I offered to leave him the page, knowing that I could get it back from Carl, master organiser of the event. Everyone was happy with the proposition and a few weeks later, I received this pure gem of a drawing from Carl and Barron. Barron even began the drawing again from scratch, gifting me with an alien queen to boost. I need to add that I have NEVER seen anyone who draws like Barron.His technique is purely amazing with a drawing that always begins with no coherent form and takes life after layers and layers of what seems like random drawing.But it isn't and the result is always impressive :) Again thanks for Carl and Barron :)
