Well starting out, my flight was to leave Chattanooga at 07:15AM. I knew chances were low I would be able to wake up at 05:00AM to make the plane, so I stayed up all night (yes, I can't wake up at 05:00AM, but I can stay up unitl 05:00AM). Getting ready to get in the shower, I get a phone call from the airline "Your're flight has been cancelled, and we have rescheduled your for 02:00PM". It was a better flight, just would have bee nice if I were told 24 hours earlier SO I COULD GET SOME SLEEP!!! That pretty much threw off all my flights, and I did not get to San Diego until @07:45PM local time. By the time I got to my hotel, got to the convention center, and got by badge, I had less that 1 hour of preview night left (that may not be a problem next year, 'cuz I heard all the preview night badges have already sold out...thats right, the 2011 badges have already sold out). Andy Owens was not set up in artists alley for preview night, so I checked out the rest of the alley. First off, it had been moved from is normal location...TO MAKE ROOM FOR GAMERS (more on that later)!!! I did see him the next day and check thru his piles. As I have noted in the past (and told him), I like checking thru the inkers art stacks, since they have art from all differernt types of artist. I first noticed this particular Buffy page, and made a mental note to check it out. Later, I discovered this page was actually the first meeting of Buffy and the villain Twilight aka Angel. Went back on Friday hoping it hadn't been sold, and it was still available.
