Description

Wallace Wood wash painting from GALAXY, 1959. I've actually had this piece since 1971, and it cost me a whopping $20 at the time. Why didn't I try to buy more? I guess I didn't have that many extra $20 bills at the time! *Sigh*

This is an exceptionally nice illustration . . . though I can't help feeling that the full-figure guy would look more at home in one of Woody's MAD magazine art jobs :)
