Description

This was done for a Hero Foundation auction at Baltimore 2008 I think. I didn't stay for the auction and never thought I would have a shot at it. Imagine my surprise when I saw this on Ebay. I grabbed it for about 65 and very pleased with the purchase. Billy has a great style. I love the delicateness of his pencils that are still strong and powerful
