Amazing cover depicting a frightening scene of a salvage diver who stumbles onto the resting place of Skinner Sweet. It kinds of reminds me of the story from Alan Moore's Swamp Thing where he played around with the concept of aquatic vampires being naturally adept underwater in a dark enviroment where light is unable to penetrate.
