I never thought I would be able to afford a splash like this but fortune favors the stupid It seems. Was able to get this for under 300. I would guess it's worth more about 500 my self. Guess you other bidders were sleeping or short of money as well. I don't have many Splashes that are just Superman or show him fighting like this. More over is the sense of power. I see this page and Jim Croches' "You Don't Mess Around with Jim" starts to play in my head. Hope you enjoy and please leave many many comments. ~winks~

I guess the former was the correct answer - we probably all fell asleep if you managed to snag it for such a price ! What did you put in our drinks Fred ? Congrats on a great addition to an already amazing collection !

There are many nice splash pages in this issue. I think everybody are trying to preserve their money for the, ultimate, upcoming, unparalled, once-in-a-lifetime-opportunity splash. See you there.

I agree. There is the Metallo splash, the one up right now, and others. I'm out though. I did good and got a nice page. Don't need more.

Thanks Art, I truly respect your opinion and your comments are welcome with open arms. It's one of my best action splash pages. I think people are saving for the end page though,

Sadly the grail splash ended with a private sale. You would have more competition for this page if news of sale of the end page was made public earlier. Lucky guy !
