This is the second of two commissions I paid Jeff Moy to do.

This is to serve as a gift to everyone who joined the Bring Back Lian Harper movement on facebook and DeviantArt.

I specified it was supposed to be Arsenal in the outfit Rick Mays designed. I also had Jeff had in the note.
