Description
Zim drew this caricature of Frank Armitage, an IRS tax collector who had his office in the Masonic Temple, Horseheads,NY in the early 1900's. This drawing came with an autographed copy of "Zim Book" where Zim signed after writing "To my dear friend Frank Armitage HHS NY Mar 18th/02"
