Bart Simpson

The holy grail! Jake and I are HUGE Simpsons fans, but we wrote off any chance of ever meeting Matt (You have to enter a lottery to get a chance in line). We were walking by, and Mr. Groening was finishing up his booth appearance. I was just close enough to say "Thanks for the show!" (or something dumb like that), and Matt called us both over to says thanks back, and chat for a minute or two. He then asked the other booth guys if they had anything he could sign for Jake, and Jake produced his sketchbook.
He is a down-to-earth guy, and totally deserves his success (Life In Hell is pretty great, too) Thanks again, Matt!
