Description
Fransisco took an iconic image and gave it the Legion twist. Ferro Lad's exploits as a hero were short-lived. He died saving the galaxy from the threat of the Sun-Eater. There was no last minute save, no miraculous resurrection, he was DEAD. That was such an eye-opener for me reading this as a kid. Ferro Lad has always had a special place in my heart and now has a special place in this gallery.

Very nice and striking hommage to Neal Adams' famous cover from "Superman" 233 (Jan 1971), tha classic "Krytonit Nevermore" and beginning of the superb"Sand-Superman" storyline that Kre-defined the ways of the Last Son of Kyrpton ! Great idea and great artworks ! May The Ferro be with you !
