Legion of Superheroes Homage to Heart Throbs Issue 89

The original cover (image attached ) is so elegant that it just begged for the Re-Legion treatment. This time its Phantom Girl who is in the spotlight. There was a Legion story called "The Reflecto Saga', one of the undercurrent themes of that tale was the supposed death of Ultra Boy. Phantom Girl refuses to give up her search for him, despite all evidence to the contrary, that he was alive.. Her world like the Ultra Boy logo from the Mission Moniter Board is crumbling around her. She is strong on the outside yet ;despite that, she has deep fears that she may be only delaying acceptance of the truth. And yet she believes that , love and faith will be rewarded when Ultra Boy returns to her.
