When I went to the 2010 SDCC, the upstairs has an auction of art pieces. This piece immediately struck me and my boyfriend suprised me with it (bought it outright rather than bid on it). Unfortunately I never got to meet the artist to tell him how much I liked it. I like how he got the yellow of the action figure skin just right. It really pops! It is painted on wood and was preframed at time of purchase.
