Description

With Bill Sienkiewicz announcing his appearance at this year's (2011) Mid-Ohio Con, I had a tough choice to make. Assuming he was doing sketches...would I try and get a piece reflecting his work on the seminal Elektra: Assassin mini-series, or something reflecting his run on New Mutants that forever changed the way I looked at comics? It was going to be a really hard choice.

Fortunately, the guys at 521 Collectibles came to my rescue when they put the piece you're looking for up on eBay. It was everything I wanted in a Sienkiewicz Elektra: Powerful and primal...and even better, in color! Now, my decision is an easy one this Autumn! Thanks, 521 Collectibles and thanks, Bill!!! :D

Awesome pick up! Love Sienkiewicz's art..his covers smacked you upside the head and when you caught your breath...you had to buy it! Congrats

What a great piece of art. Definitely iconic and yet completely original and striking. Sienkiewicz is a pure genius ! Thanks for sharing and congrats !
