This piece is absolutely wicked! The best rendition of the Red Skull I have ever seen by any artist whatsoever. He is Evil Incarnate in this image. Taken from an interior splash page from Captain America Comics #1 (March, 1941) originally drawn by Golden-Age great Jack "King" Kirby.
Oil on heavy board. Used in the feature article "The Dawn of the Golden-Age". Ralph just simply nailed this one!
