Description

Great piece entitled "Lovers" painted for a story for an unknown magazine in 1924. Edmund Ward is a well-known illustrator from the early-to-mid 20th century, whose work was published in the Saturday Evening Post and many other magazines and books. He went to school and shared a studio with Norman Rockwell, and lived and worked in New York.
