Muskie for president by Jim Ivey SOLD

Jim Ivey was a political cartoonist for such publications as the Washington Star, The St. Petersburg Times, The San Francisco Examiner, and the Orlando Sentinel. His career spanned the years from 1949 to 1989. Besides his cartooning career Jim also operated the Cartoon Museum, the first museum of cartoon art in the U.S.
Jim was also regional chairman of the Nat'l Cartoonists Society and he published cARToon, a magazine covering the history of cartooning. Many thanks for Tim Finney pointing that out :)
