Supreme Issue 42 Cover by Bennett and Rapmund - Main Figure Only

It's neat what you find out when you have the original, the back has a small printout of Superman Issue 423 (Alan Moore's "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow" issue) and this cover was intended to be an homage of that issue.

I am disappointed that the boxes are blank, does anyone know how the published cover was done? My guesses are:

1. the OA is on a separate, since separated sheet, it

2. It was done on computer

3. They were stats from interior pages (there are pencil marks referencing page numbers, but it's not referring to this issue, I suppose I'll look through other issues if I have time.
