Tad Dorgan: City Life December 4, 1921

"TAD" and boxing: some things just go together. It's about 11" x 21", so pardon the pieced-together scan. The board is somewhat irregular, however. The title written at the top is "The Wonderful Hurtless Punch."

UPDATE: For the longest time it was obvious to me that the short guy was a caricature of somebody. I finally was able to determine that it is most likely John McGraw, the famous manager of the NY Giants, known as "Little Napoleon." Tad had feuded with McGraw for years, and apparently needled him constantly.
