Description

Here's a picture of Budd Root and I, posing with --you guessed it!--Butch Guice's "Coming Soon" placeholder art board. There can be no doubting that Mr. Root is among the greatest living comic artists when it comes to capturing the female form. But what many of you might not know is that he's also a heck of a nice guy, on top of that. I ended up chatting with him for a good part of the final day of the show...and he did a great job of making me feel like an old friend, rather than just a stranger and a fan of his work. I can't wait to see what he ends up coming up with for me! Thanks, Mr. Root!!! :D
