Description
As ever Bill had numerous pieces of art at his booth which I would love to own; my budget restricted me to this one, which caught my eye at Preview night so much that even without Bill there at the time I left a note on it asking him to hold it for me. It is also the last piece in his new "Inspirations" book, which he kindly gave me an inscribed and sketched-in copy of - thanks Bill!!

I'm a fan of mermaid art (see my CAF). The face on this lovely color illustration has an enigmatic quality that's intriguing and exquisite. Nice, er, "catch!"
