Chris Claremont's brief pairing with Paul Smith was my first exposure to the Uncanny X-Men as a 12 year-old boy new to the world of comics and it still remains my favorite piece of his epic run to this day. I've been fortunate to pick up a number of great pieces of original art by Paul Smith over the years, but his covers have always been out of reach.
