DescriptionLike Biggie Smalls said back in '94 on his solo debut, "If ya don't know, well now you know...!" Quinones is an amazing talent. I discovered his talents with Wednesday Comics like so many others and I've been paying attention to his Star Wars work ever since. I was hoping to have the chance for something from him at some point and was thrilled to make this happen at Heroes Con 2011. Joe was incredible to deal with and when this arrived I was just beside myself! This is amazing marker work, I get lost in her eyes, that smirk is vicious...and all of that but man---his inclusion of that ruby, red quartz visor in her hands-is she putting it on, taking it off, what just happened?!> Where's Scott?!? What's going to happen next?!?!? Pieces like this is why I'm into this hobby. 9x12, mixed media and many thanks to Joe-one of the coolest guys in this business!Social/Sharing |
