My good friend Lan Pitts arranged this for me at Heroes Con 2011. It's by David "Brohawk" Williams, one of my favorite artists ever. I hear he's not doing any more commissions, so I am very lucky to have this piece.

I believe I saw David working on this at Heroes! I also heard he isn't doing anymore commissions. Congrats on a wonderful commission!

I'm not sure of his reasons for ceasing commissions, but I'm sure he's got them. If it means more published work, and more art in general, I'm all for it, but I hope he gets back to doing them someday. I could think of tons of characters I'd love to have in my collection.

Sweet piece! I'm sad he's no longer doing commissions though... wanted to get a Hulk from him too.

David's a good friend of mine, and I believe he no longer does commissions at shows. But he still takes private commissions. So if you want one, go for it!

I hope you're right, Gary. From his comments on deviantArt, it seems as though he's finishing up his last round of personal commissions, and calling it quits for those, too. Maybe I misinterpreted!
