Description

This is a commission I had done by artist Robert Adragna who was the last U.S. artist on the juvenile detective series The Three Investigators. The series was cancelled before the 44th book 'The Mystery of the Ghost Train' would be published, which was around 1987.

I often wondered what that cover would of looked like, had the book been completed, so I had Mr. Adragna take a step back in time and take a crack at it nearly 25 years later! I think it turned out great!

I was a huge Three Investigators buff when I was a kid. This really brings back the memories. Excellent commission!
