The Spine-Tingling Tales of Doctor Spektor

Anthony'd done such an amazing job on the Joe commission I asked him to do I just had to ask him to do something else. I went over my commission "to do" list and as soon as I hit this one I knew this is what I wanted him to do.

I remember seeing this Justice League cover where Maxwell Lord is opening this book and the League comes pouring out. I thought what a great idea for a Spektor commission. As he'd started as a host to a weird tales book why not do the same thing with him? So, here is the Doctor himself, holding open his book of Spine-Tingling Tales, his Occult Files!
