"Tragedy In A Tiny Town"

What really happened in� Fantastic Four: If this be Doomsday! Part 2

Doctor Doom, with the help of the Puppet Master, placed the Fantastic Four under hypnotic control, attaching them (along with Franklin Richards and Alicia Masters to a machine that projected their minds into miniature, organic �synthe-clone� bodies.

Living in the artificial town of �Liddleville�, the family lived out the �normal� life that was denied them in reality. The Thing enjoyed this time living in his human form of Ben Grimm, married to Alicia, who was no longer blind.

Calling himself �Victor Vaughn�, Doom himself projected his own mind into a tiny robot body in Liddleville, where he delighted in bedeviling Reed Richards.

When Mr. Fantastic uncovered the truth, he set out to return the family to their real, super-powered bodies. Faced with the prospect of losing all that he ever wanted, Ben Grimm at first refused to leave the town, but his heroic nature eventually kicked in, and he joined his teammates in their escape, but�

Cool concept. Didnt Liddleville (a spoof on Smallville, no dought) also play into a Micronauts story?
