Description
When you watch Bill work, you realize what a genius he is. Nothing he does is conventional, but in the end the piece always comes together out of no where. He knocked this piece out right before the end of the last day at NYCC. He really is a step above the rest and knocked this Gorilla Soldier out of the park. He even used lighter fluid in a copic marker to achieve a darkened effect,
