Description

She-Hulk by Dave Hoover. This one is a bit different... I had asked Dave to do this sketch for me and I received an e-mail from him stating he was done with it and he was getting it ready for the mail. Two days later, I read on-line of his passing. I was shocked because I had just "talked" with him via e-mail. The day after I heard the horrible news, this sketch arrived in the mail. Stunning in its own right... this piece of art will always be special to me. God Bless you Dave Hoover... and thank you!

Wow, your story is amazing and heart-touching. Incredibly, the exact same thing happened to me! I had been emailing back and forth with Dave for the whole week before he died and two days after I opened the art package he sent me, I heard about his death. Now I treasure all the art I have from Dave, especially the commissions he did for me. Why must we always lose the great ones? BTW, I love your She-Hulk!
