Description

Many of you may be aware that getting an actual commission from Frank is similar to finding a pot of Gold at the end of a rainbow. It rarely, if EVER happens, and that's why I'm just staggered to have this piece from Frank. Biggest of thanks to my great mate Royd for the help too!!
