Description

I'm generally not one for newer comic art or new takes on existing properties but i will say that IDW's GI Joe reboot was pretty solid for a time and that Atkin's art was one of the major reasons behind that. I'm by no means on the Snake Eyes bandwagon like so many others but one cannot deny how cool the character is and this all-out depiction by Atkins shows us why. It's distinctly modern but has a lot of classic elements and reminds me of the action from the classic Marvel GI Joe #47 - a childhood fave.
