Odd Things and New by Lame Bode - (The Bell Syndicate, Inc.) Daily, April 12, 1932 (Platinum-Age)
Originally distributed by The Bell Syndicate, Inc. here is a nice RARE example of the short-lived comic strip Odd Things and New by Lame Bode. This installment examines Heat Loss, White Ants, and Water Boiled by Ice. According to comic historian Allan Holtz, this is truly an obscure strip rarely seen in its original run, it appeared in more papers when it was later sold as reprints by Western Newspaper Unions. Original art from this long-forgotten offering is virtually nonexistent.
