DescriptionI wish I had picked up more than one page from this milestone series but at the time I really only felt comfortable selecting one - nice to see the story is now a classic.I selected this one as a quiet but powerful page with several nice shots of Logan. MCP issue 78 p8 - end page of Chapter One As in many pages of this series, BWS taped together multiple panels to create the complete page; I had the tape replaced with acid-free tape by Gordon C - if you have a page you may want to do the same. 7/20/21 - I made a scan for Marvel and so upgraded this one Social/Sharing |

"Hell is comin..." Brilliant, brilliant page. Incredible layout and storytelling, really builds upd a climax in just a few panels. Could I pick one page from the series, it would be this one.

I always thought this was one of the best pages in the Weapon X storyline. Apart from the wonderful BWS rendering and stylistic touches, it shows why BWS is a true storytelling master. The panel arrangement and the compositions in every panel are perfectly matched to create a rhythm and a mood...and I just love the fact that in the main panel the glass (around Logan's fists) is cracked. Beautiful and powerful. Congratulations!

Must be tough to crack but not break the glass - I wonder if the 'Michael one minute later' would be Logan's arms through the glass?

Although a "quiet" page, hell is coming in the next few issues. Just great!!!!

Love this page! This is where the Weapon X series begins. It's the precursor to all the wierdness to come. The tension starts right here.
