Description

This is the pencil work from the Phoenix art shown elsewhere on CAF. My pencils have become a lot more free in the past few years, mostly since I've been inking my own work. I've switched to softer pencils (2B) for most sketching and I leave a lot to be worked out in the inking process. This rough shows the difference pretty well. I taped this on the back of the piece of bristol board and inked it using my light table. I recommend a light table to almost every aspiring artitst I meet!
