Description
Ok, interesting story on this one. It's from 2003 BUT Toomey actually stopped drawing the strip and went completely computer based in 2001. So, this was ordered from him, and while he normally doesn't re-draw strips he made an exception.

There isn't another out there like it so I am calling it new-new-new.
