I totally agree with your assessment and a great piece by Grumett! It's almost like a Batman version of the iconic Superman #1 cover.

If this were a cover from a Batman comic from years gone by, it would be on of THE grail pieces that collectors vied for. However, you were able to short-circuit the whole process by being involved with the creation of this new piece of iconography that will send the collecting community into a frenzy in its own right. You scored big time, Ari!

IMO, this is Batman's own version of the classic SUPERMAN #1 (V1) cover and it looks amazing ! I want to read THIS book !
