This is one of those things that I thought looked cool and took a little chance on it. I acquired it at Boston Comic Con 2012. It seems like this is some kind of Artist Proof (AP is seen in the lower left hand corner). The guy I acquired it from says he purchased it as a colored proof that Jerry (RIP) signed and couldn't get much more information on it. He's not sure about if there are more colored or not. I'm not sure of the colorist and if anyone would like to give me more info on it, I'd be grateful for the help!

I know that this was made as a lithograph and hand signed by Jerry (signature checks out). The coloring was done in markers (not sure by whom). It exhibits some signs of yellowing with age. Cool piece either way.

Update: In the original series for the sketchbook, there were about 1500 signed and numbered black and white lithos done. It seems like this may have been an artist proof or something done for the deluxe edition of the National Cartoonist Society Portfolio published in 1978 by Collector's Press. If someone knows anything about that edition, please let me know. Thanks!

Edit: Apparently this is what it is (based on a similar description from a recent HA auction):

Robinson modified this unique B&W artist's proof, part of a trade-group folio project, by adding an original coloring job. Design Markers on pre-printed composition. Image area, 11" x 14". Excellent condition. (The color-bleeding on reverse is endemic to the combination of chemically active Design Markers with porous page-stock.)
