Description
Rick Martin ran in the UK newspaper The Daily Sketch from 4th February 1957 and until 8th March 1958 (starting at strip number C30). The strip is credited to John Diamond (a pseudonym of Passingham - scripts by Conrad Frost). It is also believed that the strip was re-published in the London Evening News in 1966.

Wow, how is it possible that this artist and strip could be unknown today? The strip barely lasted a year so I'm sure that has something to do with it. But still, artists with this much skill usually tend to survive the test of time! I'll have to keep my eyes open and hope I can add at least one to my collection some day.... Thanks for displaying this!
