Description

Blame this piece on a childhood filled with High School movies, where all the time teenagers and kids visit festivals and try to dunk people in a pool by throwing balls in the target's bull's eye. Heck, even "Smallville" has it.

But how boring is simple water and I was sure the Joker would prove to be more creative, so I asked Mitch to turn this (IMO kind of annoying) game into a classic death trap. And he nailed it! :)
