Neat post-rendering effects... but underneath it is just a generic poser model. The costume is just a single texture map applied to the flesh texture for the model, also known as a "skin". The gloves and boots she wears should be modeled as separate geometry and so should the belt which is just something 2D that was adding in your post-rendering process. The pose is good, however, I wouldn't be shocked if it was a Poser preset. May I suggest some basic modeling skills in 3D software such as 3DS Max or Maya. That way you'd be able to build your own assessories and items for your models and give it at least a simple touch of individuality. On the better side, you apparently know your way around painting software which is a very big plus. :)
