At the time, I thought that Dale Keown/Mark Farmer drew and Peter David wrote among the best issues of the Hulk...today, I still think this is the case. Pages with the Hulk were a bit too pricey for me, so, when I had a chance at some Dale Keown pages, I opted for this page with the People's Protectorate...still pretty sweet!
