Description
Whenever I see dot screens (indicated by blue pencil) and silhouettes in Tad's work, I always think he was up against a looming deadline. But if this qualifies as a "cheater" drawing, it sure is great. Classic Tad. I'm keen to track down the original publication date, because this could be a very early use of "yes, we have no bananas," and may predate the song.
