Description

This awesome sketch was drawn and inked at Wondercon 2012. I liked Philip's original pencil sketch so much ans thought that it would be great to get Joe Weems to ink on that. Mr. Weems told me that this was actually the first time he is inking Philip Tan's. Then, he promised it wll be the best page of my sketch book. The result completely exceeded my expectation. Joe put incredible amount of effort into this sketch over Philip's cool pencil lines. When I brought this sketch back to 3 wishes table, Kirk Dilbeck liked this so much that he immediately brought his private pencil commissions to Joe for inking commissions.

Thank you so much to both Philip and Joe for this incredible sketch! This is the best page of my sketch book so far!

I loved Gary Oldman as Gordon.. he never really let his exasperation show. However, Tan's pencils really captured what his true feelings would be if he let down his wall. A really great sketch and Weem's inks are just as delicate as Tan's pencils. This would be my favourite too! :)
