Web Of Spider-Man #129.2 cover by Mike McKone

It was a true pleasure to talk with Mr. McKone at SDCC this year. I've been a fan of his work for a long time now and when I saw this in his portfolio my jaw dropped to the floor. I love his renditions of Spidey.

He wasn't sure if this has been actually used as a cover yet and I haven't been able to find any issues with this, but that's of no matter. Mike put a lot of time into this with all the cross hatching and stippling on the muscle tone. He said it took him so long to do the stippling, that he is never going to do that again.
