The Story behind the Art:
I commissioned Bart to execute my idea "Conan on a horse" in the same style as his Conan portfolio's. He was supposed to add a caption and recreate a scene from one of the Conan books... like he did for his other portfolio pieces but he couldnt find any passages that fit the bill.
Bart posted the finished piece on his FB and Mark Roberts saw it and posted a comment saying he would like to color it. Mark worked with Bart as the colorist for Conan at Dark Horse Comics. He liked it so much that he colored it for free! Thanks again Mark!
