I know, I know it's not the REAL cover.
Unfortunately the original cover art was lost in a house fire in the early 1990s. I've always liked this cover so the next best thing was a recreation by Erik. After bugging him for some time, he agreed to do it.

Love this cover too! I had a feeling it was one of the pieces lost. Do you know if the splash page that is similar to this image except Spidey is upside down survived or was that lost as well?
