Adam Strange Adventures #218 cover recreation

Cancellations hit me hard in the '60's -- there wasn't much communication from comics companies to the fans regarding titles that were about to be cancelled, so it often came as a shock to me when a favorite strip, such as Adam Strange in Mystery In Space, suddenly disappeared. Just a few years later, though, Adam came bursting back onto the comics scene with reprints, and a couple of new stories, in Strange Adventures, temporarily rechristened "Adam Strange Adventures." Great new covers by Neal Adams, Murphy Anderson, Joe Kubert graced the reprints and new stories. This cover by Neal Adams was one of my favorites from that brief revival of the character, and the recreation by the Fraim Bros. is a beauty.
