DescriptionI was very pleased to pick up this DPS from Issue #6, where it was revealed that Zatanna stopped Batman and made him forget that he saw Zatanna about to lobotomize Dr. Light. Like many pages in the series, stats were used frequently, in this case, the bottom panels were reprinted from earlier issues. But, look at the faces in the top panels. Look at how Rags and Bair treated Zatanna, look at Black Canary. That’s what makes the scene!Social/Sharing |

One of the best pages (okay, two pages) in the entire beautifully drawn series. Congratulations.

An absolute artistic highpoint for these guys - just an amazing collaboration that was so in synch with a truly great story. Love it!

Identity Crisis is one of the few stories that transcends its typecast as an "event series" meant to grab readers. The harsh reality impact of that story still resonates in the DCU, the was perhaps Morales' career-best work, and Bair's inks, as always, were nothing short of incredible. This is a great page from a great series by a tremendous writer/artist/inker combination. Congratulations!

Congrats Ron for this stunning dps from one of DC's best stories in recent years. I re-read it for the 3rd time last month and this is the kind of story that keeps getting better with each read !
