Description

Dateline 1958: While returning from a top-secret mission in Tibet, the Squad's plane suddenly has engine trouble and they crash land in the Himalayas - not far from a mysterious monastery. The monetary's head llama orders the monks to pull the Squad from their plane and takes them in as their guests. That night: BAM! a huge blizzard hits.

Karin Grace is a latent ESPer...and she suddenly keeps falling into disturbing trances while at the monetary. Karin seems to be communicating telepathically with some inhuman beings.

One night during the blizzard, Karin suddenly disappears from the monastery and as the Squad must venture out onto the tundra to find her. The Squad soon finds her face to face with a Yeti.. The once docile Yeti (who was communicating with Karin telepathically) now becomes furious and feints off the Squad in a rage.

Will the Squad survive?

Astonishing work by Neil Vokes! This piece was inspired by the Hammer film THE ABOMINABLE SNOWMAN (starring Peter Cushing) and a classic Wendigo X-MEN cover. Neil's love of those Hammer films truly shows here. Magnificent!
