Description

It was in 2011 that I had the chance of meeting Mr Bodenheim at his table at New York Comic Con's Artist Alley.
We talked a little bit and I asked him if he would be interested in working on a commission in the future ...

Comes 2012 and emailing him asking him what subject he was interested to work on, and he mentioned a Star Wars piece he had in mind, a "quiet" piece with Han and Chewie working on the Falcon; the kind of piece that tells more of a story.
His idea being a wonderful idea, I was very pleased to give him the go ahead ... and here is the incredible piece of art that was the result of his work.

Wow! Absolutely stunning! The Falcon is the greatest ship in Sci-Fi. And instead of "just drawing the Falcon" he put it into an actual setting. Great detail and perfect perspective! Nice!
